December News Letter
December is hatchery steelhead month on the Olympic Peninsula rivers. This is an awesome month to catch and retain steelhead. With a daily limit of three fish, a person takes home not only fish but the wonderful experience of catching steelhead as well.
In January we will be seeing hatchery steelhead in the Sol Duc river. This fishery will only be around for a few more years. The program is in the progress of being relocated to another river in the Forks area.
I am participating in the Washington Sportsman’s Show this year, January 22-24, in Puyallup. I will be booking trips, at the show, so if you have a day, days or time of year you are thinking about drop me a line so I can write it down or come visit me at booth 937 in the Expo Hall.
